WORKS ON PAPER PROJECTS PHOTOGRAPHY
|
Based on John Constable's 'cloud studies' from the 1800's in which he observed cloud formations and painted them as he saw. Sometimes taken from a field, a moving car, or from a window, the series represents quick 'snapshots' of a passerby in which the photographic act overshadows the photograph itself. Thus questioning the relationship between the objective and subjective within the act of photography. Giclee print on archival paper, 12 x 16 |
